How do I place an order?

You can email in an order, or use your own customer portal on your computer or phone. We even have an app! We allow 48 hour advanced notice to help out with those last minute reservations.

Do you provide delivery?

Bulk orders are ideal if you have a large property/resort or manage multiple properties. These will be delivered weekly and/or as needed.

For individual homes, we will provide delivery in certain circumstances, but often times pick-up at our facility is best to ensure we do not overlap with a guest stays and linens do not get damaged when left outside in inclement weather.

When can I drop off my dirty linens?

Your cleaners, or yourself, will be able to drop off at our location in downtown South Haven once you are done cleaning your home. No need to stock anything or keep dirty linens in your homes.

For bulk orders dirty linens will be picked up during weekly deliveries.

What if I don’t want an item every time?

Each order can be customized! Maybe you only want toiletries and beach towels once in a while … no worries, make it your own!

Is there a contract required?

Yes. In order to provide optimum experience, we require contracts and a yearly minimum.

Do you offer multiple home discounts?

Yes! We have pricing tiers depending on your quantity and frequency.
